With warmth and humor, she teaches classes that are accessible and relatable for all levels of student experience. Her classes emphasize functional movement, with a focus on core strength, hip mobility and balance. Christa also incorporates seated breath work and meditation into her classes, prioritizing quality of breath over the shapes of the poses.
You can expect to sweat a little, breath a lot, and leave her class with a sense of mental clarity, while enjoying a practice that meets you where you are and brings you deeper into your practice.
